- Food Preparation and Temperature:
- Our kitchen adheres to all local and federal food safety regulations.
- Food is prepared fresh and cooked to appropriate internal temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
- Hot food is served hot, and cold food is served cold.
- For takeout and delivery orders, food is packaged to maintain temperature as best as possible during transport. However, the customer assumes responsibility for maintaining appropriate food temperatures and ensuring timely consumption once the food leaves our premises. We recommend consuming food promptly upon receipt.
- Food Poisoning and Illness:
- Andinita's Restaurant takes every precaution to prevent foodborne illness. However, proper handling and consumption practices by the customer are crucial.
- Customers are advised to consume food within the recommended safe consumption window (e.g., within 2 hours if left at room temperature, or promptly if refrigerated).
- If you suspect you have experienced food poisoning or adverse reactions due to our food, please contact us immediately at (801) 966-9097 or [email protected], providing details of the incident, time of purchase, and symptoms. While we investigate all concerns seriously, Andinita's Restaurant is not liable for illness resulting from improper handling, storage, or consumption of food after it has left our establishment.
- Food Allergens Information:
- Our dishes may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame.
- We make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. However, due to the nature of our kitchen operations, which involve shared cooking equipment and preparation areas, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens.
- Customers with food allergies or sensitivities are strongly advised to inform our staff when placing an order. Our team will do their best to provide ingredient information and guide you, but ultimate responsibility for checking ingredients and making safe choices rests with the customer.
- Andinita's Restaurant will not be liable for adverse reactions to food consumed or items an individual may come into contact with.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
- All sales are final once an order has been prepared.
- Cancellations for orders must be made before food preparation begins. Please contact us immediately by phone if you need to cancel.
